As a part of global IA teams, Shashidhar has been part of offshore projects involving conducting Internal Audit of the subsidiary of the companies in Indonesia. He specializes in Internal Audit with emphasis on review of operations and improving their effectiveness.
Shashidhar is the partner for NexGen Accounting and Bookkeeping LLC in Dubai, UAE and a key stakeholder of CRPR & Associates (Chartered Accountants Firm) in Hyderabad, India.
Prior to this role, he was an internal auditor with over 10 years of experience exclusively in Internal Audit. During the past 10 years, he was heavily involved in operational audits, enterprise risk management (ERP) and compliance reviews (Statutory, Regulatory, Information Technology and Internal compliances) which helped top management to identify key risks and keep them at prescribed tolerance level. Also participated in specific assignments requested by management related to business process engineering, whistle blower investigations and revenue leakages in the business processes. He was very successful in handling the audits and provided significant value addition to the clients. He served in diversified industries such as manufacturing, construction, retail, leisure, automobile, IT & Hospitality etc.
He began his career in Hyd, India in 2008 as an article assistant till 2011. He relocated to Oman in 2012 to gain international exposure and returned to India in 2016. From 2016, he became a key member of CRPR & Associates Executive team, which determines the strategy and direction for Assurance business. In 2018, he joined NexGen as an Executive Partner and providing services in Internal audit and Taxation.
He has a work experience of more than 5 years. He has been involved in multiple projects on Tax Audits, Internal Audits, statutory audits, Due Diligence and Project financing. Pavan has executed these assignments across industries including Manufacturing, Automobile, Retail, Construction & E-Commerce etc. Prior to association with NexGen, Pavan is a practicing chartered accountant in Hyderabad in india. Pavan has been a part of the team to lead a Global ERM assessment of a company and helped in effective redesign of the same.
He worked with various accounting solutions evolved in information technology environment and provides advisory at all levels of ERP implementation, monitoring and reviewing.
And He is currently providing internal audit and statutory audit services to reputed Government and Non government organizations in india.
She has enough experience in the field of Audit of Government organizations, Concurrent Audit of Banks, Educational Institutions Audits, Societies and Trust Audits, preparation of project Reports, Statutory and Internal audits of public sector and private sector companies, firms etc., she has handled independently many statutory and Internal Audits of companies, firms etc.
